These terms govern your use of codersnoyan.com and any services or digital products you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CodersNoyan is a WordPress and WooCommerce development studio operated by Mohammad Noyan, based in Bangladesh, working with clients worldwide.

Contact: info@codersnoyan.com

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CodersNoyan. “You” and “your” mean the person or business placing an order.

2. What we provide

We offer website development, WooCommerce stores, directory and listing websites, booking and reservation websites, redesigns, SEO, speed optimisation, maintenance and care plans, managed hosting, domain registration, ready-made website templates, and n8n and AI automation.

The scope, price and timeline of any project are set out in the package you purchase, or in a written quote where the work is custom.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices shown on the website are in US dollars (USD).

A quote we send is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide; if the scope changes materially, we will tell you before doing extra work and agree a revised price with you first.

Your order is accepted when payment has been received and we confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example where the work falls outside what we do, or where we cannot meet your deadline — and will refund you in full if we do.

4. Payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD).

When you place an order, no payment is taken at that moment. Your order is recorded and we email you an invoice within 12 hours containing a secure payment link.

You can pay by card through Payoneer, or by international bank transfer — whichever is easier for you. Payment is processed by Payoneer or your bank; we never see or store your card details.

Invoices are issued in US dollars. Any currency conversion or card fees charged by your own bank or card issuer are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

Payment is due in full before work begins, unless we have agreed a deposit arrangement in writing. For larger custom projects we may agree a deposit with the balance due on delivery.

Your order is confirmed and work is scheduled once payment has cleared. If an invoice remains unpaid for 14 days, we may cancel the order and release the slot.

Care plans, hosting and similar recurring services are invoiced annually in advance.

5. Working together

To deliver on time we need certain things from you: content (text, images, logo), access to your domain, hosting or existing site where relevant, and timely feedback at review points.

If we are waiting on you for more than 30 days, we may pause the project and reschedule it into our next available slot. If we are waiting for more than 90 days, we may close the project as delivered in its current state, and further work will be quoted separately.

Delays caused by late content or access will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback, not an unlimited stream of individual changes.

Revisions cover adjustments to work already agreed in scope. New pages, new features or a change of design direction are new work and will be quoted separately.

7. Delivery and acceptance

We deliver work for your review. You will have 7 days to review and either approve it or send revision feedback.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, the work is treated as accepted so the project can be closed. You can still raise genuine faults after that under the support terms below.

8. Website templates and digital downloads

Templates are digital products delivered instantly by download.

Licence. When you buy a template you receive a licence to use it on one website that you own or operate, unless the product description says otherwise. Lifetime Access grants the same licence across all current and future templates, for you only.

You may: use and modify the template for your own site or for a client site you are building.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files; include them in another product for sale; or upload them to any public repository or marketplace.

Templates require Elementor Pro. That licence is yours to obtain and is not included.

9. Care plans and hosting

Care plans and hosting are annual services that renew automatically unless cancelled.

We will email you before renewal. You may cancel at any time by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing and the service runs to the end of the period already paid for.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.

10. Domain registration

Domains are registered in your name, with you as the legal owner. We may manage the DNS on your behalf, and you may transfer the domain away at any time subject to registry rules.

Domain fees are set by the registry and passed through to you. They are non-refundable once registered, because registration cannot be reversed.

11. Ownership of your website

On full payment, you own the website we build for you: the design, the content you supplied, and any custom code written specifically for your project.

We retain ownership of any general-purpose code, libraries or internal tools we reuse across projects, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as part of your site.

Third-party themes, plugins and services remain subject to their own licences, which you are responsible for maintaining after handover.

We may display your project in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

12. Third-party services

Your site may rely on third-party products and services — hosting, plugins, payment gateways, APIs. We select these carefully but do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or discontinuation.

13. Support

Every project includes 30 days of free support after delivery, covering faults in the work we delivered.

Support does not cover: new features, content changes, problems caused by changes you or a third party made after handover, or issues arising from third-party plugin or hosting failures. These can be quoted separately or covered by a care plan.

14. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, credentials and unpublished content as confidential and will not share them with anyone other than where needed to deliver your project. We ask that you treat our quotes, processes and non-public materials the same way.

Please send credentials through a password manager or a secure channel rather than plain email where possible.

15. Acceptable use

We do not build or host sites for illegal activity, adult content, gambling, hate speech, malware distribution, or anything designed to deceive users. We may decline or stop work that falls into these categories, and no refund will be due where work has already been carried out.

16. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide our services with reasonable skill and care, and to a professional standard.

We do not warrant that a website will be free of every defect, that it will achieve any particular search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate or revenue, or that it will be compatible with every browser, device or third-party plugin, past and future.

Where we quote performance figures (for example a PageSpeed target), these are goals based on experience, not guarantees, and depend on factors including your hosting.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity.

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups after handover unless you hold an active care plan with us.

18. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel a project at any time. What is refundable is set out in our Refund Policy.

We may terminate a project if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if the working relationship becomes unworkable — for example through abusive conduct. Where we terminate for these reasons, we will hand over work completed to that point once any outstanding balance is settled.

19. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at info@codersnoyan.com. Most issues are resolved quickly.

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, for work that has been delivered as described, may result in suspension of services and any licences granted, and we may pursue recovery of the amount due.

20. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, power or network failure, natural events, or actions by third-party providers. We will tell you promptly and agree a revised timeline.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.

If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
