About this service

Most small businesses lose hours every week to work a computer should be doing: copying leads between systems, chasing quotes, sending the same reminder emails, building the same report.

I build automations with n8n - a self-hostable workflow tool - connected to the software you already use. Where it genuinely helps, I add AI: summarising enquiries, drafting replies, categorising tickets, extracting data from documents.

Every automation is built on your own n8n instance or mine, documented, and handed over so you are never locked in. You get a clear diagram of what runs when, and I test it against real data before it goes live.

Typical work: routing website enquiries into a CRM and Slack, generating and emailing quotes, syncing WooCommerce orders to accounting, monitoring stock and alerting suppliers, weekly reports assembled and sent automatically, AI triage of inbound email.

Who it's for: small businesses and agencies whose team copies data between tools by hand, and WordPress or WooCommerce sites whose enquiries, orders or bookings need to reach other systems automatically.

n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI and most systems with an API - including WooCommerce, Google Workspace, Slack and popular CRMs.

How is this priced?

Per workflow, because complexity varies enormously. Describe what you want automated and I will quote a fixed price.

How do we start?

Pick a package and check out, or request a quote if you need something custom. As soon as payment is confirmed I set up your project, send a short brief form, and you can track everything from your client dashboard.

What do you need from me?

Your content (text, images, logo), access to your domain and hosting if they already exist, and examples of sites you like. If you do not have content ready yet, that is fine - I can start on structure and design while you gather it.

How do payments work?

Nothing is charged at checkout. After you place your order I email an invoice within 12 hours with a secure payment link, and you pay by card through Payoneer or by bank transfer. I start as soon as it's paid. Larger custom projects can be split into a deposit and a balance on delivery - just ask when requesting a quote.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of free support covering fixes and small adjustments to delivered work. After that, ongoing updates and monitoring are covered by a care plan.
