About this service

Most small businesses lose hours every week to work a computer should be doing: copying leads between systems, chasing quotes, sending the same reminder emails, building the same report.

My n8n automation services replace that work with workflows built in n8n, a self-hostable automation tool, connected to the software you already use. Where it genuinely helps, I add AI: summarising enquiries, drafting replies, categorising tickets, extracting data from documents.

Every automation is built on your own n8n instance or mine, documented, and handed over so you are never locked in. You get a clear diagram of what runs when, and I test it against real data before it goes live.

Who it's for: small businesses and agencies whose team copies data between tools by hand, and WordPress or WooCommerce sites whose enquiries, orders or bookings need to reach other systems automatically.

What I automate with n8n

Leads and enquiries: website forms routed into your CRM, Slack or inbox, with duplicates merged and the right person notified.
Quotes and follow-ups: quotes generated from a form and emailed, with reminders until the client replies.
WooCommerce and bookings: orders synced to your accounting software or Google Sheets, booking confirmations and reminders, low-stock alerts to suppliers.
Reports: weekly figures pulled from your tools, assembled and sent automatically.
AI triage: incoming email or support messages summarised, categorised and routed, with a draft reply for a person to approve.

Self-hosted n8n or n8n Cloud

n8n runs either on your own server or on n8n’s paid cloud. Self-hosting keeps your data on infrastructure you control and costs only the server; n8n Cloud is a monthly subscription with nothing to maintain. I set up either and explain the trade-off for your volume before we start.

How an n8n project runs

Map the process. You show me how the task is done today; I draw the workflow and we agree what triggers it and where the data goes.
Build and test. I build it in n8n and test it with your real data, including what happens when a step fails.
Hand over. You get the diagram, notes on every step and full access, followed by 30 days of free support.

n8n, Zapier or Make?

Zapier is the quickest option for simple two-step connections. n8n suits workflows with branching logic, custom code, AI steps or high volumes, and it can be self-hosted. I work with all three, so if Zapier or Make fits your case better, I will say so.

How is this priced?

The packages above cover most needs: Starter ($150) is one automation, Standard ($400) up to three connected automations with AI steps, and Advanced ($800) a full automation system. For anything outside them, describe what you want automated and I will quote a fixed price.

How do we start?

Pick a package and check out, or request a quote if you need something custom. As soon as payment is confirmed I set up your project, send a short brief form, and you can track everything from your client dashboard.

What do you need from me?

A short description of how the task is done today, admin or API access to the tools involved (I will tell you exactly which permissions), and a few real examples to test with. If you do not use n8n yet, I set it up for you.

Do I need my own server for n8n?

No. n8n can run on n8n’s own cloud, a monthly subscription with nothing to maintain, or on a small server you own, which keeps your data under your control. I set up whichever suits your volume and budget.

Is my data safe?

Each workflow gets only the access it needs, through separate API keys or app passwords, and n8n stores those credentials encrypted. On a self-hosted instance your data stays on your own server.

How do payments work?

Nothing is charged at checkout. After you place your order I email an invoice within 12 hours with a secure payment link, and you pay by card through Payoneer or by bank transfer. I start as soon as it's paid. Larger custom projects can be split into a deposit and a balance on delivery - just ask when requesting a quote.

What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of free support covering fixes and small adjustments to delivered work. After that, ongoing updates and monitoring are covered by a care plan.
