NoyaCare Pro

NoyaCare Pro is the add-on for NoyaCare, the free WordPress maintenance plugin for agencies and freelancers who look after client sites. NoyaCare makes every update safe: a restore point first, a check of the live site after, an automatic rollback when something breaks, and a report for your client. Pro adds what you need to run that as a service: security fixes between runs, uptime monitoring, plain-language AI explanations, reports in your own brand, and media cleanup with a backup you can download.

A site only ever needs these two plugins. Each part of Pro is switched on or off on its Add-ons screen, and a part that is off runs nothing at all.

Every update, the safe way

This is what the free NoyaCare does on every run, and what every Pro feature builds on. Each plugin, theme or WordPress update is installed on its own, checked on the live site the way a visitor sees it, and put back automatically if it broke something a visitor would notice.

• A restore point before every item: the plugin or theme folder and the settings it owns, taken in seconds even on shared hosting.
• Checked over real HTTP: status codes, PHP fatal errors, pages that suddenly shrink or stop half-way, and new lines in the PHP error log.
• Careful rollback rules: only a problem a visitor would notice counts as a failure, and a version that broke the site is held back on later runs until you release it.
• A report for your client: an HTML e-mail with a PDF, and a reference number for every run.

Security fixes within the hour

Smart scheduling checks every hour for updates that fix a known vulnerability on the site, and installs each one on its own, straight away, through the same restore point, check and rollback. Your client gets a report as usual, so a fix never waits for the next monthly run.

• An optional window of hours for security fixes, such as office hours.
• Pause dates: no automatic runs on the dates you choose, such as a sale week.
• Uses NoyaCare’s vulnerability checks, with your own WPScan or Patchstack key.

Uptime monitoring

Between maintenance runs, the pages you choose are checked every 15 minutes, every hour or every six hours. You get an e-mail when a page stops working, and another when it recovers.

• A Monitoring screen: the last seven days hour by hour, uptime as a share of time, response-time graphs for 24 hours and 7 days, each page’s last answer, and every incident.
• SSL certificate warnings 14 days before it expires, and when it is renewed.
• A text check: an optional text the home page must contain, so a page that still answers but has lost its content (blank, replaced or hacked) counts as failing.
• The checks run on your own site, so they catch broken pages, errors and missing content. A server that is completely down cannot report itself.

AI analysis

When a run goes wrong, Claude or ChatGPT reads its technical details and explains them: how healthy the site is, the most likely cause, the suspects and what to do next. The review appears on the run’s page, and a short note in plain language goes into your client’s report.

• Your own API key, from Anthropic or OpenAI. With the suggested models an analysis costs a few cents at most, billed by the provider.
• Private by design: only technical details leave the site (versions, status codes and error-log lines) with file paths, e-mail addresses, IP addresses and tokens removed first. No page content or customer data.
• Ask only when something goes wrong, or after every run. The AI also adds a diagnosis to uptime alerts.
• The AI only advises: it never changes anything on the site.

White-label client reports

Every report e-mail and PDF carries your agency’s name, logo, colour, sender and footer, not NoyaCare’s.

• A Website speed section in the report, measured after the updates, with speed tests after every run, daily or weekly.
• GTmetrix with your own account, with the GTmetrix PDF attached to the client e-mail if you like.
• With one line in wp-config.php, NoyaCare’s own name is hidden in the admin too.

Media cleanup

Finds the media nothing on the site uses, and files in the uploads folder with no library entry, and says why each one is listed. You choose what goes, and nothing is deleted without a backup.

• Looks everywhere first: pages, products, settings, custom tables, theme files and page-builder data (Elementor, ACF, JetEngine and more) before calling anything unused.
• Careful with doubt: anything uncertain is kept apart in Check these, and files uploaded in the last week are left alone.
• A backup you can download: before a file is deleted it is copied into a ZIP, checked by size and checksum, and rechecked against the live site. Download that backup from the Deleted tab, or restore a single file.
• Also lists duplicates, library entries whose file is missing, and very large images, with an optional AI second opinion on the uncertain ones.

Also in Pro

• Restore points on Google Drive: connect a Google account in one click. Each run’s restore points are uploaded when it ends, checked, and removed from the server.
• An Add-ons screen to switch each part of Pro on or off.

Your licence

• Choose 1, 10 or 50 sites. Your package comes with one licence key that works on that many sites at once. Release a site from its Licence screen to use the key on another.
• Yearly: updates and email support for one year from purchase. Buying the same package again adds another year to whatever time is left. If the year runs out, every Pro feature on your sites keeps working; only updates and support stop until you renew. Google Drive restore points connect through our server and need an active licence.
• Lifetime: updates and email support for as long as NoyaCare Pro is sold, with nothing to renew.
• A different package comes with its own licence key.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.5 or later, and PHP 7.4 or later.
• The free NoyaCare plugin, 1.7.4 or newer. It is included with your download.

Questions

Do I need the free NoyaCare plugin?
Yes. NoyaCare Pro adds to it and does not work alone. The free plugin is in your download, next to Pro.

Can I use it on my clients’ sites?
Yes, that is what it is for. One licence key works on 1, 10 or 50 sites at once, depending on the package, and the reports carry your brand.

What happens if my yearly licence runs out?
Everything on your sites keeps working. Only updates and support stop until you renew. Google Drive restore points connect through our server, so they need an active licence.

Where are the backups kept?
In a private folder on your own server, or in your own Google Drive if you connect one. Your files are never stored on our servers.

Does the AI cost extra?
Not from us. You use your own Claude or ChatGPT API key and the provider bills you directly, usually a few cents per analysis. AI analysis is optional and off until you switch it on.
