NoyaJet private jet charter WordPress theme with live prices, card holds and online payments

Description

A private jet charter website that prices the trip, takes the payment and keeps your customer informed.

See it running: the NoyaJet demo, with live prices and online booking. Reserve a charter with a card hold or book an empty leg using the demo card; no real payment is taken.

NoyaJet is a WordPress theme for charter brokers, private aviation operators and travel concierge companies. It comes with its own booking system: a visitor plans a one-way, round-trip or multi-city trip, sees a live price for every aircraft, and reserves with a card hold, pays your quote online or books an empty leg, without a third-party booking plugin or a page builder.

For the customer

  • A four-step booking form with airport search over 7,900 airports and a live price estimate for every aircraft, with the flight summary always in view.
  • One-way, round-trip and multi-city trips of up to four flights. Departure times are local to each airport, and past or impossible times are refused.
  • Reserve with a card hold: the card is authorised now and charged only when you confirm the flight with the operator.
  • Pay a quote online by deposit or in full, then the balance, and book empty legs at a fixed price for the whole aircraft.
  • A private booking page for every booking: status, payments, invoices and cancellation requests. Signed-in customers also see everything in My requests.

For the operator

  • Prices from your own hourly rates: flight time, positioning from the aircraft’s home base, crew overnights, landing fees, catering, peak seasons and tax, with a preview table to check them.
  • Payments with Stripe, PayPal, Square, bank transfer or WooCommerce. From the booking screen you capture or release card holds, mark transfers received, refund and send payment links.
  • A dashboard with new requests, card holds to confirm, money received in the last 30 days and open quote value, plus the pipeline and upcoming departures.
  • A requests list with status tabs, filters, search, price and payment status, bulk status changes and CSV export, and an activity log on every booking.
  • Customer and admin emails, and numbered PDF invoices with your company details.

For you, the site owner

  • A native WordPress theme: no Elementor, no page builder, no ACF. Pages and journal articles are edited in the block editor.
  • An aviation catalogue you edit like posts: aircraft categories with hourly rates, destinations, services and empty legs, each with its own details panel and pages.
  • Guided setup after activation: paste your licence key, install the bundled plugin in one click, then import the demo in one click.
  • The demo includes 6 aircraft categories with example rates, 6 destinations, 4 services, 3 empty legs, 10 pages, 3 journal articles and the navigation.
  • System fonts only, so no Google Fonts requests. Card details go straight to the payment provider; bookings and payment records stay private in WordPress and work with the WordPress privacy export and erase tools.

What you get

  • The NoyaJet theme, with the NoyaJet Booking plugin travelling inside it, so one download is the whole product.
  • A licence key for one, five or ten sites: yearly, with one year of updates, or lifetime, with updates for as long as NoyaJet is sold. Updating the theme updates the plugin too.
  • A setup guide covering installation, the licence, pricing, payments, the admin panel and troubleshooting.

With a yearly licence, the theme keeps working after the year is up. Only the update offer stops, so a renewal is a choice rather than a cliff.

What you need

WordPress 6.5 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer. No Elementor or paid plugin. To take card payments, an account with Stripe, PayPal or Square, or WooCommerce with any payment plugin; bank transfer needs none. To send emails reliably, use an SMTP plugin with your email provider.

What is not included

NoyaJet does not check live aircraft availability with operators, dispatch flights or issue the charter contract: you confirm the aircraft with the operator before you capture a card hold. Online prices are estimates built from your own rates. The booking terms and privacy pages in the demo are drafts to replace with your own. Aircraft specifications in the demo are illustrative, and the three aviation images are AI-generated concept images, not photographs of real aircraft.
