NoyaRide is a WordPress theme for chauffeur companies, airport transfer operators, executive car services and taxi fleets. It comes with its own booking engine, so a visitor lands on the home page, gets a fixed price in two minutes, pays a deposit or the full fare, and lands in your dispatch screen — without a single third-party booking plugin.

For the customer

• A quick booking card in the hero: transfer, hourly, or a published route.
• A five-chapter booking form — Journey, Car, Details, Summary, Pay — with the fare always in view.
• Fixed routes with published prices, distance-based fares by band, hourly hire, and quote requests for anything unusual.
• Google Maps address autocomplete, the route drawn on a map, and the driving distance and time on the summary.
• Flight number and airline captured on airport pickups so dispatch can follow the flight, plus meet and greet, child seats and priced extras.
• Card payments through Square, or through your own WooCommerce checkout with whatever methods you already accept. Deposits or full payment, and a customer account with every journey, receipt and invoice.

For the operator

• Dispatch: today’s rides, assignment to drivers and vehicles, buffers, blocked dates and conflict checks.
• A driver portal with the day’s jobs, arrive, start and complete, and passenger contact by permission.
• Rate cards per vehicle class, surcharges by time band, coupons, quotes, deposits and balance payments, refund records.
• PDF invoices and receipts, branded emails, and a Messages inbox for every contact-form submission.
• A company field and reference on corporate bookings, and a customer account that lists every journey booked on an address.

Taking payment

Two ways, and you pick one on the Payments screen.

• Square renders its own card fields inside the booking form. Sandbox first, then live, with the credentials stored encrypted.
• WooCommerce takes the customer to your existing checkout with whichever payment methods you already offer, and confirms the booking when the order is paid. Nothing to configure twice.

Without either, bookings are recorded with a simulated payment and no money is taken, which is how you try the whole flow before going live.

What you get

• A licence key for one site, with one year of updates. Updating the theme updates all three packages.

The theme keeps working after the year is up. Only the update offer stops, so a renewal is a choice rather than a cliff.

What you need

WordPress 6.4 or newer, PHP 8.1 or newer, Elementor (free). A Google Maps key for address autocomplete and distance, and a Square or WooCommerce payment method to take card payments; all of these are optional and the theme explains what changes without them.

What is not included

There is no live flight-status feed: the flight number is recorded for dispatch, not polled from an airline API. Photographs in the demo are licensed for the demo only and are not yours to reuse.
